Ahsan is a multidisciplinary designer specialising in Sustainable Design. He has worked with the Design Council and Futerra, where he applied participatory design methods for social innovation. Through Design Thinking his career intertwines in product, service, graphic, web and UX design.
In his current role, Ahsan is responsible for strategising, discovering, innovating, prototyping and delivering digital products and services for the European finance and energy sector. Supporting and running Design Sprints with a focus on sustainability and behavioral insights has led him to future proof his collaborative approach.
He also consults in the voluntary and charity sector for NCVO, Words of Colour and IAAAE. His collaborative work has focused on design for good, creating real value through strategic solutions for positive social and environmental impact.
Ahsan has a BSc Hons in Product Design and MA in Sustainable Design with Distinction, where he was commended with a studentship from Kingston University.

Phil has a wealth of experience within workplace consultancy, across a variety of commercial workplaces over 20 years, as a designer, project manager, and consultant to many well know brands, such as Sony, Samsung and the NHS.
He has taught design thinking through a Masters degree with Kingston University and projects with The Design Council. He is described by peers as innovative, playful and energetic.
He describes his masters degree as the "mother of all brain refurbishments fit for the 21st century”. Refreshing core design skills, research tools, and subsequent research findings have further invigorated him.
His goal is to innovate for strategic change through design, design thinking and service design. Responding to the complexities of modern world through the ideals of sustainability.
Design Strategy Consultant
Sabrina calls herself a social-sustainable designer and is passionate about designing with purpose and generating positive change through design. Holding a B.Sc. in Design, an Executive MBA in Innovation and Creativity Management, and an MA in Sustainable Design with distinction, her experience in supporting local and international private and non-profit organizations has taken a range of different design approaches, with stronger play in design thinking and visual communication.
Sabrina’s motivation brought herself to different places in Brazil, USA, and the UK. In Brazil, Sabrina supported organizations as the National Institute of Amazonian Research, the New Social Cartography of the Amazon project, and Samsung through the Center for R & D in Electronic Information Technology (CETELI) in the development and management of visual communication and user experience projects. More recently, for her masters in the UK, Sabrina was awarded an FCO Chevening scholarship, a UK Government’s international awards scheme aimed at developing global leaders, influencers, and decision-makers.
Always eager to learn more, to collaborate with real people and to challenge herself, at Climate Labs Sabrina is concentrated on designing projects that mindfully put people at the center of a sustainable design process.
Software Developer & Design Consultant
Mike is a visual designer with a range of experience spanning from graphic, brand and illustration to UX/UI design. Mike also specialises in web development, working with a range of technologies and languages such as html, css, javascript, node.js, sass, php and others.
Having worked on a variety of different projects and a mixture of both large, small and startup organisations including the NHS, VisitLondon & Hackney CVS. Mike is well accustomed to fulfilling briefs and seeing concepts through to completion.
He has also been a key member for delivering Design Sprints across Europe, with his rapid prototyping skills to help clients validate new business propositions.
Mike has a BSc Hons in Multimedia Design & Technology with over 7 years industry experience in both agency and freelance roles.
Lead Service Design & Innovation Consultant
Daniel is an Accredited Service Designer master trainer with the Global Service Design Network.He helps large international organisations, startups and social impact clients to accelerate through challenging them to think about WHY and HOW they create new value.
Working with clients such as NHS, OpenIDEO, Lego, Nike and The Design Museum. He helps businesses to discover and leverage new technologies, business models, service opportunities, systems thinking and co-innovation as a lead service designer.
Daniel leads our service design projects and is obsessed with the intersection between building communities, unrepresented start-ups and creating new values responding to our changing world.
Daniel has a first class BSc Hons in Business Management and Entrepreneurship and an MA with distinction in Managing Innovation from Loughborough University.
